适用范围
本标准规定了塑料外壳式断路器进行可靠性验证试验的一般要求。本标准适用于符合GB 14048.2—2001、交流50Hz(60Hz)、额定电压不超过1000V、额定电流250A及以下的塑壳断路器。除验证试验方案及试验程序外，本标准也适用于产品的可靠性测定试验。额定电流250A以上的塑壳断路器的可靠性试验可参照本标准进行。

【摘要】:1.1ProductdefinitionThisEuropeanStandardcontainstheinitial,startoflifedimensional,optical,mechanicalandenvironmentalperformancerequirementswhichaconnectorterminatedwithcylindricalzirconiaPCferruleandassembledsinglemoderesilientalignmentsleeveLC-PCsimplexconnectorset(plug/adaptor/plug)adaptorandpatchcordmustmeetinorderforittobecategorisedasanENstandardproduct.Sincedifferentvariantsandgradesofperformancearepermitted,productmarkingdetailsaregivenin3.6.1.2IntermateabilityAlthoughallproductsconformingtotherequirementsofthisstandardwillintermate,theresultinglevelofrandomattenuationperformancewillonlybeensuredinaccordancewithTable1.Theintentionisthatthiswillbetrueirrespectiveofthemanufacturingsource(s)oftheproduct.Whenintermatingplugvariantshavingdifferentattenuationgradestheresultinglevelofattenuationcannotbeassuredtobeanybetterthantheworstattenuationgrade.Therefore,theintermatingofaGradeCplugwithaGradeBplugwillresultinanuncertainlevelofrandomattenuationperformance.Asimplexplugcanbeconnectedinaduplexadaptorwithoutdegradingthelevelofperformance.1.3OperatingenvironmentThetestsselectedcombinedwiththeseveritiesanddurationsarerepresentativeofaninternalweatherprotectedenvironmentdefinedbyEN61753-1:2007,CategoryC.1.4ReliabilityWhilsttheanticipatedservicelifeexpectancyoftheproductinthisenvironmentis20years,compliancewiththisEuropeanStandarddoesnotguaranteethereliabilityoftheproduct.Thisshouldbepredictedusingarecognisedreliabilityassessmentprogramme.1.5QualityassuranceCompliancewiththisEuropeanStandarddoesnotguaranteethemanufacturingconsistencyoftheproduct.Thisshouldbemaintainedusingarecognisedqualityassuranceprogramme.
