【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardappliestodiamondwiresawsbeingusedinquarriesaswellasinprocessingplantsforcuttingmarble,graniteandotherstonesoutofamassofrocksinaquarryorofblockshavingbeenalreadyextracted.Themachinescanbeeitherstationaryortravellingonrailsduringoperation.Diamondwiresawsinthescopehaveanelectricmainmotor.Thisstandarddealswithmachinesworkinginonemainaxisaswellasinseveralaxes.Furthermore,thisstandarddoesnotdealwithproblemscausedbyanirregularstructureofthestonestobecut.Diamondwiresawsareintendedtobeusedwithdiamondcuttingwiresalsoreferredtoastoolsinthisstandard.Fortransportablemachines,thisstandarddealsonlywithmachinesusingcoatedwiretools.Thisstandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttodiamondwiresaws,whentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththehazardsduringtransport,commissioning,useandmaintenance.Thisstandarddoesnotdealwithnoiseasasignificanthazard.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwith:?operationunderextremeambientconditions(outsidethelimitsdefinedinEN60204-1);?upstreamanddownstreamconveyingelementsfortransportingthework-pieces.ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletomachineswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublicationasEN.
