【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddescribestheperformanceparametersforassessingtheconditionofstructures,includingtypesofmeasurement,factorsforsettingacceptableperformancelimits,dataacquisitionparametersforconstructinguniformdatabases,andinternationallyacceptedmeasurementguidance(e.g.terminology,transducercalibration,transducermountingandapprovedtransferfunctiontechniques).Theproceduresrelatetoin-servicemonitoringofstructures,andincludeallcomponentsandsub-assembliesnecessarytoprovidethefunctioningofthestructureasacompleteentity.Themonitoringisintendedtobeongoinginnaturethroughthelifecycleofthestructure.NOTE1Figure1isaflowchartshowinghowthisInternationalStandardtakestheuserfromtheinitialclientneedforconditionmonitoringofstructuresthroughtothepointwherethecorrespondingperformanceparametershavebeenchosen.Subsequentstandardswilldealwithhowtheseparametersaremeasuredandprocessed.ThisInternationalStandardpresupposesthata"highlevel"needforconditionmonitoringofstructuresalreadyexists.NOTE2Someusefulguidanceonidentifyingthisneed,bytheuseofassetidentificationandreliability/criticalityaudits,iscontainedinISO17359.ThetargetindustriesforthisInternationalStandardinclude—construction,—infrastructure,—transportation,—powergeneration,—oilandgas,and—leisureandentertainment.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletostationarystructures,suchas—buildings,—bridgesandtunnels,—towers,mastsandantennae,—tanksandsilos,—retainingwallsanddams,—jettiesandothershore-sidestructures,—offshoreplatforms,—pressurevessels,and—pipelines.Non-stationarystructures(e.g.self-propelledships)andmobilestructures(e.g.offshorejack-upplatforms)areexcludedfromthisInternationalStandard.
