【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardgivesgeneralguidelinesforthedetectionandidentificationofthespecifiedmicro-organismStaphylococcusaureusincosmeticproducts.Micro-organismsconsideredasspecifiedinthisInternationalStandardmightdifferfromcountrytocountryaccordingtonationalpracticesorregulations.Inordertoensureproductqualityandsafetyforconsumers,itisadvisabletoperformanappropriatemicrobiologicalriskanalysistodeterminethetypesofcosmeticproducttowhichthisInternationalStandardisapplicable.Productsconsideredtopresentalowmicrobiologicalriskincludethosewithlowwateractivity,hydro-alcoholicproducts,extremepHvalues,etc.ThemethoddescribedinthisInternationalStandardisbasedonthedetectionofStaphylococcusaureusinanon-selectiveliquidmedium(enrichmentbroth),followedbyisolationonaselectiveagarmedium.Othermethodsmaybeappropriatedependentonthelevelofdetectionrequired.NOTEForthedetectionofStaphylococcusaureus,subculturescanbeperformedonnon-selectiveculturemediafollowedbysuitableidentificationsteps(e.g.usingidentificationkits).Becauseofthelargevarietyofcosmeticproductswithinthisfieldofapplication,thismethodmaynotbeappropriateforsomeproductsineverydetail(e.g.certainwaterimmiscibleproducts).OtherInternationalStandards(ISO18415[10])maybeappropriate.Othermethods(e.g.automated)maybesubstitutedforthetestspresentedhereprovidedthattheirequivalencehasbeendemonstratedorthemethodhasbeenotherwisevalidated.

适用范围
GB/T 4074的本部分规定了通过恒温寿命和动态热重试验测定漆包圆线在常压空气中的热寿命和温度指数的方法，以电气强度的变化作为失效判据，试验结果可作为评定电气设备绝缘结构时选择漆包圆线的依据。
适用范围：
———测定漆包圆线（包括自粘性漆包圆线和复合漆包圆线）的热寿命和温度指数，研究两种及以上复合漆包线的相容性；
———测定不同金属导体及导体表面经不同处理的漆包圆线寿命和温度指数。
当对本部分测得的结果提出合理异议时，应按GB/T 4074.7-2009进行常规试验，以常规法为准。
