【摘要】:Aroofassemblymustworkasasystem.Anycomponentoftheroofassemblydemonstratinganinherentweaknessorinabilitytoperformwilldiminishtheroofsystemperformanceandservicelifeexpected.Thisguidelistsminimumperformanceattributesrequiredoflowsloperoofassemblies.Productsnotpreviouslyusedasroofmembranematerialsrequireadditionaltestsbeyondthescopeofthisdocument.Thisguideisnotintendedforuseonin-serviceroofingmaterials.RoofmembranesandothercomponentsshouldconformtoASTMproductstandards,ifavailable.1.1Thisguideliststestmethodsintendedtoestablishaminimumlevelofperformanceforinsulatedroofmembraneassemblies,andlistspertinentdesignguidelinesandinstallationmethodsinaunifiedmanner.Materialtestsandevaluationsareincludedwithandwithoutroofinsulation.1.2Itisnotpossibletoestablishaprecisecorrelationbetweenlaboratorytestsonroofassembliesandnaturalweatheringduetovariationsingeographicalclimate,design,materialandinstallation.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatoryrequirementspriortouse.

【摘要】:Theprincipleofthemethodspecifiediscyclicallystressingthespecimeninawaythatmayberegardedasthesuperpositionofanalternatingstressonastaticstresswhichisthemeanstress.Thenumberofcyclesatfailureofthespecimenforagivenmeanstressandstressamplitudeisdetermined.ThesevaluesareusedtoestablishSNcurveswhichthenpermittheestimationoftheconfidencezoneconcerningthefatigueresistanceofajoint.Thefatiguepropertiesareafunctionofthespecimengeometry.Theresultsdonotcorrespondtointrinsicpropertiesoftheadhesiveandcannotbeusedfordesignpurposes.
